Equity is a core value for me. I'm the Professional Development Chair and Councilmember for a Women Leadership Group (WLG). I'm an inaugural member of a DE&I focus group called BILD (Belonging, Inclusion & Leveraging Differences). I’m an advisory member of the Black Alliance Cooperative (B.A.C). In these roles, I have the opportunity to amplify the voices of underrepresented groups and support work around DE&I.
